Our Members Meeting will be held both in person at the church and online via Zoom.

ZOOM ATTENDANCE

Please note the following important information:

• Online attendees will not be able to vote ‘electronically’ as our church constitution does not currently facilitate this. Please contact the office should you wish to utilise the postal voting facility.
• When dialing in you will be placed in a virtual ‘waiting room’ whilst your name is checked against the membership list.
• Please ensure that your phone settings are updated to display your full name (rather than displaying your nickname or the make/model of your phone). If we cannot identify you, we will not be able to let you into the meeting.
• If you are phoning in to the meeting, please let the office know in advance and tell us the number so that it can be recognised.
• Throughout the meeting, any comments/questions will need to be written in the ‘chat’ feature as Zoom attendees will not be connected to the sound system in church. This will then be conveyed to the meeting by the online host.
